AUN-QA Network is established as the ASEAN quality assurance network in higher education with the responsibility to promote quality assurance in higher education institutions, raise the quality of higher education, and collaborate with both regional and international bodies for the benefit of the ASEAN community (AUN-QA, n.d.). Seven UPLB academic programs were given ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Certification:

• BS Biology
• BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering
• BS Development Communication
• BS Agriculture
• BS Forestry
• BS Chemical Engineering
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

European Union Support for Higher Education in the ASEAN Region (EU SHARE)

UPLB has reached another milestone in its goal to become a globally competitive graduate and research university. UPLB is the first UP campus and the only public university in the Philippines to undergo the institutional assessment of the European Union Support for Higher Education in the ASEAN Region (EU SHARE) on February 5 to 6, 2018. SHARE is an EU Grant funded project with an overarching objective to strengthen regional cooperation, enhance the quality, competitiveness and internationalization of ASEAN higher education institutions and students, contributing to an ASEAN Community beyond 2015 (European Union Support for Higher Education in the ASEAN Region, n.d.).
